There are 181 government schools in Narayanpet district of Telangana state in India with higher secondary education. But none of the school has science labs are equipped with the infrastructure to teach the students with scientific experiments. The proposed project of Mobile Science Lab will help to gain knowledge through activity-based learning and innovative thinking among government school students. The Lab will have the following features:
- Capacity to conduct classes for 45 learners at a time
- 48 Inch Smart LCD screen with smart board features
- Multiple posters as per concepts being taught
- Folding tablets
- Air condition
- Generator backup
Mobile Education for Children who are in Bricklin: These children belong to the seasonal migrating families. Around the seasonal migrating families. Around 60-70 children are there in different Bricklin pockets. They need the mobile education van to ensure their education. Presently the district education is running 13 on-site schools, taking one room for the Bricklin employers which is not child friendly and not appropriate premises for the education of the school. A mobile School Van will accommodate 20-25 children with seating arrangements and the teaching facilities to educate children. The proposed project will ensure the safe education and development of children who are out from the mainstream education system and stop the possibility of child labour.
